In order to keep our students up with the pace of new world, we need to implement all the changes occurring with the pace of new world, we need to implement all the changes occurring in the process of education. In this new competitive world, our emphasis is on quality and to achieve this we have to introduce the most modern educational technology in teaching, learning and in developing creativity with originality. In this process the mindsets of the students, parents and the teachers have to be changed.

New and innovative methods of teaching based on the theories of multiple intelligence and educational constructivism are introduced at Vidyakunj and the evaluation system is redesigned on the basis of continuous and comprehensive assessments. All steps are taken to make teaching and learning an enjoyable activity in a total stress-free atmosphere. 

At Vidyakunj, the academic learning is not restricted to our classrooms. We have created a highly evolved online Google Classroom Program to ensure continuous flow of learning neither constrained by time nor any hassle of gadgets. This has exclusively enabled our students to learn from home if the event of inability to attend school.

Ours is a nation with an ancient culture, traditions and values. While we strive for high tech education, it should not be at the cost of our values. We should shine bright by aiming high but by remaining humble. 

Life skills sessions, morning assemblies, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities etc. are organized for all students to inculcate desirable and positive values among the students.

NEP Based Pedagogy

The Foundational Stage will consist of five years of flexible, multilevel, play/activity-based learning and the curriculum and pedagogy of ECCE

The Preparatory Stage will comprise three years of education building on the play, discovery, and activity-based pedagogical and curricular style of the Foundational Stage, and will also begin to incorporate some light text books as well as aspects of more formal but interactive classroom learning, in order to lay a solid groundwork across subjects, including reading, writing, speaking, physical education, art, languages, science, and mathematics.

The Middle Stage will comprise three years of education, building on the pedagogical and curricular style of the Preparatory Stage, but with the introduction of subject teachers for learning and discussion of the more abstract concepts in each subject that students will be ready for at this stage across the sciences, mathematics, arts, social sciences, and humanities. Experiential learning within each subject, and explorations of relations among different subjects, will be encouraged and emphasized despite the introduction of more specialized subjects and subject teachers.

The Secondary Stage will comprise of four years of multidisciplinary study, building on the subject-oriented pedagogical and curricular style of the Middle Stage, but with greater depth, greater critical thinking, greater attention to life aspirations, and greater flexibility and student choice of subjects.
