- Social skills
Social skills are the soft skills we use to communicate and interact with each other, verbally and non-verbally, through gestures, body language and our personal appearance. Understanding and improving social skills support us in every area of life. The very basic ones among these skills are good hygiene, food habits, manners,using polite words, greetings, sharing & cooperating, waiting and having patience, sportsmanship etc.
